Level of physical condition
How can I calculate my physical condition ?

Level 1
At the moment, I feel tired or I am easily out of breath or I am in a recovery period. It's difficult for me to walk. Or If I had to move house, I would only be able to carry small boxes.
Level 2
Now, I can walk for 2 hours or more, but without a load. Or I can walk for 1 to 2 hours a day and garden or do home improvements for half a day without taking a break and without feeling aches in the evening or the following days.
Level 3
I can run for 30 minutes at a constant pace, carry 10kg loads over a few metres as well as doing leisure activities like playing tennis for 1 hour without feeling out of breath or aching.
Level 4
At present, I train twice a week, I often play a match at the weekend and I don't have aches. Or Now I can run on medium distance or a trail, or I do MTB at least once a month.
Level 5
At present, I have at least 3 training sessions a week, I play a match every weekend, and I hardly ever have aches. Or I am a top level athlete.
